Robert "Bino" Earabino Obituary

Amesbury - Robert Earabino, called "Bino" since childhood, passed away January 28 , 2026 from heart failure.

Bino was born in Newburyport in 1949 to Olive and Anthony Earabino and went to Newburyport schools until graduating from Newburyport High School in 1967. Bino was a proud Clipper who played baseball and football with great success and was inducted into the Newburyport High School Wall of Fame in 2018.

After graduation, Bino went to trade school and worked at Pratt and Whitney Aircraft in Connecticut. He was an explosives engineer for many years until becoming the Manager of the Polish Club in Amesbury, where he worked for over 30 years until retirement.

Bino leaves his great love, Susan Dion, with whom he had a daughter, Jennifer (Chris Roberge). He leaves Jennifer and Chris, and two granddaughters, Lauren and Chloe. He loved his "three girls" and the time he had with them. He leaves sisters, Sally Dube, Patricia Randall (Tim), and Maureen Webb (Bill). He also leaves Susan's family, whom he loved very much, especially mother-in-law, Betty Dion, and brothers Stephen Dion (Jami) and Edward Dion. Bino was predeceased by both parents; brothers, Patrick, Bryan, Richard, and Shawn; and his sister, Margo.

Visiting hours will be Saturday, February 7, at EV Jutras and Sons Funeral Home, 118 Friend St. in Amesbury from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. followed by a Memorial Tribute and luncheon at the Polish Club on Mill St. in Amesbury from 2 to 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate to The Newburyport Gridiron Club to benefit the NHS football program at http://www.newburyportgridironclub.org/.
