Revere - R. Brent Bonah "Brent" born Nov. 22, 1939, in Lynn, died July 16, 2021.

Brent Bonah 81, passed away after a brief illness on July 16, 2020. A resident of Revere for the last 30 years, he formerly resided in Newburyport.

Born on November 22, 1939 in Lynn, he was the son of the late Ernest J. and Helen T. (Cameron) Bonah. He attended Wakefield public schools and then attended Bates College earning a degree in Education. Brent went on the become the dean of continuing education at Bunker Hill Community College. While at BHCC he became an early advocate for the community college system in the state of Massachusetts. Brent retired in 2004 from BHCC. Brent especially enjoyed international travel and being exposed to different cultures and religions.

Brent is survived by his son, Andrew and his wife, Ginna, a daughter-in-law, Christina. R. Brent. He also leaves behind three grandchildren; Ericca and her husband Dakoda, David, Jack and a great-grandson, Riggs. In addition, Brent was survived by a group of cousins that were more like siblings. Brent was predeceased by son, Alexander.
