Newbury - Michael James Snow, known to family and friends as Mike (Snowy), passed away on August 4, 2026, at Lahey Burlington Hospital, at the age of 60.

Born on August 23, 1965, in Danvers, Massachusetts, he then moved to Rowley where he spent his childhood and developed many life long family friendships. He was the beloved husband of Mary Beth (Gardella) Snow and the proud father of Ryan Snow. He was also a cherished brother to Tom Snow and Matt Snow. He is the son of James Snow, he was predeceased by his sister, Christine Snow, as well as his mother, Ann (Sears) Snow. Mike also leaves behind many loving nephews Brett, Tyler, Zach, TJ, Cade, Sam, Ricky and niece Bailey. Mike attended Triton Regional High School, where he was a proud graduate of the Class of 1983. He continued his education at Kents Hill School and later attended the University of Maine in Orono. For 37 years, Mike dedicated himself to National Grid Gas Company, where he built a long and respected career. He was known for his strong work ethic, his practical nature, and the kind of reliability that made him someone others could always count on. He took pride in his work and in doing things the right way, and those qualities earned him the respect of colleagues and friends alike. Outside of work, Mike embraced the simple pleasures of life with enthusiasm. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who found peace and enjoyment in the outdoors. He also enjoyed golfing and treasured the time he spent with his family and friends at camp in Vermont, where many lasting memories were made. A devoted Boston sports fan, he followed his teams with loyalty and passion, sharing in the excitement and heartbreak that came with every season. Mike's life was one of commitment to family, dedication to his work, and appreciation for the moments that make life meaningful. He leaves behind a legacy of love, loyalty, and hard-earned wisdom that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew him best.
