Eliot - Janis M. (Adams) Marshall-Colby, age 67, of Eliot, formerly of York, died December 20, 2021.

Janis was born on February 14, 1954, in Revere, MA, to the late Richard and Josephine (Cavarretta) Adams. She was raised in Malden and Newburyport, MA. She graduated in the class of 1972 from Newburyport High School and still stayed friendly with her classmates.

Janis is survived by her son F. Jefferey Marshall of Eliot; her sister Susan (Adams) Pike and her husband Thomas of Lee, NH; and her nieces Christina and Bethany. She is also survived by her nephew, Rick Audette; and loving members of the Marshall and Colby families.

She was predeceased by her brother Richard E. Adams Jr.; and her husbands, Frank D. Marshall, and Arthur "Skip" Colby.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, January 4, from 4 to 7 p.m., in the Lucas & Eaton Funeral Home, 91 Long Sands Rd., York, Maine. For you and everyone's safety, please consider precautions.
