Rowley - Rowley - Helen L. (Wilkins) Downing passed away on October 13, 2025, at Portsmouth (NH) Hospital. A resident of Rowley and later Amesbury, Helen was the daughter of Oscar M. and Harriet A. (Maynard) Wilkins. She was predeceased by her husband Russell C. Downing and their son, Russell Jr., as well as her parents and one sister, Marjorie (Wilkins) Eires. She leaves behind siblings Harriett A. Perley (Neal) and Oscar M. Wilkins Jr. (Jean), daughter-in-law Lisa (Johnson) Downing, grandsons, Jason and Matthew Downing, and several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and dear friend, Pat Moore.
At the family's request services were private. Helen was laid to rest with her family at Rowley Burial Ground.
