Andover - Andover - With great sadness, we announce the passing of Gunter Braida Sonntag (age 80) on Monday, September 25, 2023. Recently residing at Ashland Farm in North Andover, MA, and East Kingston, NH, and for 40 years in Amesbury and Andover, MA, he was the beloved husband of Mary Jane to whom he was married for 54 years. He was the devoted father of three daughters, Jenifer, Alyssa, and Karin, along with their spouses and eight grandchildren, treasured brother and brother-in-law, favorite uncle, and amazing friend to so many.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 15, 2023, at Byfield Parish Church, 132 Jackman Street, Georgetown, MA.
