Seabrook - Denis R. Sevigny, 79, of Seabrook, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 5, 2025.

He was born in Newburyport, MA on December 26, 1945 the son of the late Leo and Fernande (Carrier) Sevigny. Raised in Amesbury, MA he graduated from Immaculate Conception High School and later Fazio Hairdressing Academy in Lawrence, MA.

Denis worked over 32 years in the hairdressing industry. He owned and operated Denis Beauty Salon in Amesbury, MA and as a hair stylist at various funeral homes throughout the Seacoast.

His favorite and most enjoyable place was his camp at Lake Shore Park (LSP) in Gilford, NH, where he loved to fish with his family and dear friends. He was a longtime member of the Amesbury Lions Club and volunteered at Our Neighbors' Table.

Surviving family members include his wife and true love of 35 years, Linda Sheppard of Seabrook; sons, Marc Sevigny and his wife Nancy of Newton, NH, Paul Sevigny and his wife Amy of Kingston, NH, Richard Trimmer and his wife Laurie of East Kingston, NH, Kevin Sevigny and his wife Amanda of Longwood, FL and Lionel Trimmer and his wife Melissa of Amesbury, MA and grandchildren, Brian, Katie, Abbie, Emerson, Finn, Kelsey, Elizabeth and Joshua.

Visiting hours will be held from 5-7 pm on Thursday, March 13, 2025 in the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, 811 Lafayette Road, Hampton. Services will be at 1 pm on Friday, March 14, 2025 in the funeral home. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
