Newburyport - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Debra "Debbie" Ruth Webb, a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and devoted companion.

Born on April 7, 1959, to Ruth (Howard) and Lawrence Webb, Debbie grew up in Newburyport, Massachusetts, and proudly graduated with the Newburyport High School Class of 1977.

Debbie lived a simple, joy-filled life rooted in the outdoors. She was an avid adventurer who found peace in the mountains and forests of Maine and New Hampshire, where she loved to hunt, fish, and camp. A passionate cook, she also cherished the summer months when she could nurture and harvest her vegetable gardens—an annual tradition that brought her great pride.

She leaves behind her loving mother, Ruth Connolly of Seabrook, NH; her sister Victoria (Brian) of Seabrook, NH; and brothers Michael of Newfields, NH, Bill (Maureen) of Seabrook, NH, and Tony of Seabrook, NH.

Debbie is also survived by her beloved nieces, Lauren and Casey, and her great-niece Madelynn Joy, all of whom she treasured deeply. She leaves her longtime companion, John "Jay" Haddock, and his children Bradley and Devin, with whom she shared many cherished moments filled with warmth, laughter, and love.

She was predeceased by her father, Lawrence Webb, who passed away in 1983.

Debbie's presence, compassion, and adventurous spirit will be forever missed by all who knew and loved her.

The family will announce at a later date, their plans to continue her celebration of life in the Spring.
