Salisbury - Charlotte Hazel Flynn, of Salisbury, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport. She was 90 years old.

Born in Newburyport, MA, on January 10, 1934, Charlotte was the daughter of the late Chalmers and Agnes (Delaney) Bell. Raised and educated in Newburyport, Charlotte attended Newburyport High School and went on to marry her husband, Leo Flynn, on October 28, 1956. Charlotte worked for many years assembling semiconductors and electronics at CBS-Hytron in Newburyport. She also worked at Martha's restaurant and most recently, she worked at Dunkin' in Salisbury for over 10 years. While working or not, Charlotte always enjoyed the company of others. She could often be found enjoying a good book, or baking or preparing delicious meals for her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Charlotte will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.

Charlotte is survived by her daughter, Susan Flynn and her husband Raymond Judkins of Hampton as well as her grandson, Robbie King Jr. of Hampton.

In addition to her parents, Charlotte was predeceased by her husband, Leo Flynn. She is also predeceased by her children, Pamela Goudreault, and John Joseph Flynn, as well as her siblings, William Bell, Edward Bell, Stanley Bell, Chalmers Bell Jr., Virginia Pike, and Margie Dow.

A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024, from 10:30 until 11:30 a.m. in the Star of the Sea Parish, 18 Beach Rd, Salisbury, MA 01952. Burial will follow the funeral Mass and Charlotte will be laid to rest beside her husband at Long Hill cemetery, 105 Beach Road, Salisbury, MA 01952.
