Ralph H.'s Story
Ralph H. Waterman, longtime Amesbury resident, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, March 18, 2017.
Ralph was born in Bangor, Maine, the youngest son of the late Gladys E. (Small) Waterman and Robert W. Waterman. Settling in Amesbury at an early age, Ralph attended Haverhill Trade School.
For many years, Ralph worked at the former Sargent Farm in Merrimac.
He is survived by his brothers, Robert W. Waterman, Jr. and John Waterman and his companion, Mary Soucey; his sisters, Elizabeth Standing and fiance, Richard Stevens and Lena Standing and husband, Gary; two nephews, William Standing and wife, Laura and Robert F. Waterman and wife, Kellee; one niece, Jennifer Cole and husband, Daniel; along with four great-nieces and nephews and eight great-great nieces and nephews. He will be sorely missed by them all.
At his request, services and burial in the North Belfast Cemetery in Maine will be private. Arrangements are by Paul C. Rogers Family Funeral Home, 2 Hillside Avenue, Amesbury.
