Bonnie B.'s Story
Bonnie B. Dumas, 68, of Hampton, passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 8, 2017, after a battle with pancreatic cancer.
She was born in Camden, N.J., November 30, 1948, the daughter of the late Robert Jones and Patricia (Haley) Jones Smoot.
Bonnie was raised in Hampton and attended Winnacunnet High School. She was a former Miss Hampton Beach contestant and loved to spend her days at Hampton Beach. Her passion was singing and she sang at many venues in Texas, Virginia, and Nashville, Tenn. She loved animals and her family and friends were extremely important to her.
Family members include her daughter, Denise Jacques and her husband, Richard of Rochester; her brother, Joseph Jones and his wife, Donna of Seabrook; her sister, Jewel Jones and wife, Heather Davis of Wellfleet, Mass.; her grandchildren, Dorian and Ashley Jacques; and her niece, Tamy Noury and her husband, Phillip.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Robert Jones.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at the Hampton Falls Baptist Church, Lincoln Avenue, Hampton Falls. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
