Regan Gibson passed on to the spirit world after a long struggle with depression and Crohn's.
He was a loving son and brother and a sensitive teacher to his drum students. Regan's degrees in biology and music put him on the path to understand the rhythm of all beings on the earth and the spirits in the cosmos.
He did his best to find a resting place but chose to pass on leaving his spirit to touch all of us in our daily lives.
He will be missed by his mother and father, Tina and John Gibson of Byfield; his brother, Tucker and wife, Pamela and their children, Kayla, Melanie, Paige, Anna and Blake; and his music students.
Regan marched to a different drummer and would ask that you make a donation to your favorite music program and keep the beat going.
The First Religious Society Unitarian Universalist, 26 Pleasant St., Newburyport, MA on April 22, 2017, at 10 a.m.
Regan's ashes will be scattered this summer when the family gathers in thanksgiving for his life.
