Maureen L. (Casey) Nichols Merrimac, MA - Maureen L. (Casey) Nichols, age 82, of Merrimac, died peacefully on Christmas Day, December 25, 2018, at the High Pointe House in Haverhill, comforted by the love of her family. She was the loving wife of the late Stephen Nichols.

Born in Cambridge, Mass., on January 22, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Thomas W. and Evelyn Casey.

Maureen had worked as a waitress for years, had worked at Raytheon Company, and was also the owner of Elm Street Bait and Tackle in Salisbury for many years. “The Home of the firm worm," as the fishermen knew it.

She loved all of her family and friends, and most of all life itself. She loved being around people, always greeting them with a warm, beautiful smile, and having a nice smile given in return.
She will forever be missed, but never ever forgotten.
