Londonderry, NH - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kristen M. MacLeod, a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend. Kristen left this world unexpectedly, at 38, on July 18, 2019. Born in Newburyport, Mass., on December 25, 1980, Kristen was the beloved daughter of Daniel and Diane (Daniels) MacLeod. Growing up in Merrimac, Mass., and graduating from Amesbury High School, Kristen went on to attend cosmetology school. A beautiful girl both inside and out, Kristen took great pride in using her cosmetology skills to help others look and feel as beautiful on the outside as she saw them on the inside.

Kristen was vivacious and full of life. She had a heart of gold, was full of humor and had the most infectious laugh. Her gorgeous smile lit up any room she entered. She donned a sassy and spunky personality, which was tough but was also so tender, sweet, and sensitive. We will always remember her beauty and her larger-than-life contagious personality. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Kristen is now reunited with her dad, Daniel K. MacLeod, and her aunt, Deborah L. Fitzpatrick, both of Amesbury, Mass., along with her Grammie and Grampa, Gwendolyn and Kevin MacLeod of Merrimac, Mass. She is survived by her mom, Diane MacLeod, and her Gram and Grandpa, Rita and Bob Daniels, from Amesbury, Mass.; her brother, Kyle MacLeod, of Newton, N.H.; along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

When you think of Kristen, celebrate the good memories you have of her. Remember that life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest. Calling hours are Friday, July 26, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Highland Chapel of Paul C. Rogers Family Funeral Home, 2 Hillside Avenue, Amesbury, followed by a private burial.

My daughters and I worked with Krissy at Pandora. She was our Sassy Miss Krissy, with a heart as big as her smile. She brightened every day we worked with her. We mourn the loss, and send our sincere condolences to those who loved her.

I knew Kristen well when she worked at Electric Sun in Middleton. She was always such a fun, good-natured, sweet person who I could talk to about basically anything. She was always so friendly and talkative to me during a difficult time in my life when I didn't feel comfortable in my own skin. I'll always remember that about her. My condolences to her family and friends.

Oh my Krissy. I can’t imagine a world without you in it. A piece of my soul left with you. You were my person. You were my sister-cousin and best friend. Most of my childhood memories have you in them. I will forever cherish the 38 years I had with you. I will miss you and think of you everyday until I see you again. I hope you’re at peace and free from pain. I love you so much.

Kristine memories and love will always be with us. The bad the good the forgiveness the smiles the laughter she taught us just as much as we taught her. We all don’t understand why we all don’t want a goodbye it’s more of I’ll see you later. But one thing is for sure we are where truly blessed with her presents of what or how strong a person can be from her accident to what lead to her future to being someone successful. It hurts the tears will never stop the love we had for her the bond she had with our family she will always always be part of us. I’m not angry my question or questions are what could have we done or we didn’t do. I kick my own self in the rear because I lost con...tact with her years ago. Yes I could have reached out just as to the other way also but we all get tied up on our life’s im sorry I can’t say I could have, or tried, or reached out, there has been many things going through my head the what if’s the how’s and if I did. I will always cherish the memories, the laughter, the good times, and the months she was in the hospital because she was a fighter and came out of that hospital alive!!!! But we all don’t know what her thought process was on this or what was going through her head or how come she didn’t reach out to one of us. She knows all of us would have helped or giving. Cherish her memories y’all and heal us all. “It will be never a goodbye it’s I’ll see ya later Kristine!!! 😢 😢 😢 love you bigger Kristen fly high fly big spread those angels wingsRead more
