Newburyport, MA - Jack C. Stone, age 35, of Newburyport, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Monday, July 2, 2018, at the Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, due to complications of an embolism, which caused a stroke.
A native of Newburyport, Jack was born on April 4, 1983, loving son of Jeffrey and Pamela (Kubik) Stone of Newburyport. He was a graduate of Newburyport High School, and also a Certified HVAC Technician. Jack was employed by Lombardi Oil Company of Newburyport for the past several years. They were like his second family and he enjoyed working there.
In addition to his parents, Jack leaves behind his wife, Jessica Daley-Stone, and his son and daughter, Cameron Jae and Violet Marie.
A loving husband, devoted father, and beloved son, Jack liked nothing better than spending time with his family, especially his two children, who were the center of his universe.
Jack also leaves behind his aunts and uncles, Angela and Scott Murray of East Kingston, N.H., Melissa and Lawrence Kubik of Hampton, N.H., Valerie and David Prue of Steuben, Maine, Paul Kubik of Newburyport, Barbara and Buster Tarbox of Groton, Conn., Christopher Stone of New Boston, N.H., and Susan Stone of Newburyport; along with many close cousins who were like brothers and sisters to him. He is now reunited in heaven with his grandparents, Rita (Mayrand) and John Kubik, Barbara (Murphy) and John Stone; his uncle Michael Stone; his favorite aunt, Andrea Kubik; and his cousin, Caroline Murray.
Private funeral services were held at Elliott, Woodworth & Rogers Family Funeral Home, 35 Green Street, Newburyport, with burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
